Building Community and Growing Faith!
Saint Andrews Church was established in 1902 as a mission church by St.Paul's Episcopal Church in Akron. At first, services were held in rented locations then the church was constructed in 1915 on West Hopocan Avenue and Fifth Avenue. Through the years, the church has grown and expanded its facilities. Saint Andrews has a welcoming and vibrant community of faith that exhibits God's love through community service, fellowship gatherings, and outreach programs. Saint Andrews is open any individual at regardless of where one may be on their spiritual path.
Ministries

Community Outreach Services
Saint Andrews's church has provided help to local organizations such as Coalition of Concerned Christians and partnering with the Barberton Area Community Ministries to operate a food pantry

Peace building Ministries
The church has made a dedicated effort to promote peace initiatives and has installed Peace Pole as a representation of its commitment to peace and love.

Global Engagement Ministries
Saint Andrews has participated by global outreach programs by supporting the International Red Cross in Nepal and sewing clothing for children in Haiti.

Community Events
The church takes part in local events such as Barberton Labor Day Parade, nurturing community and fellowship.
